"No more hurry up and wait for me!"

During the past month, ShipTracks has saved me about eight hours of dead time that would have occurred had I believed my customer's estimates of arrival times of vessels. Since I also had to hire contractors to assist me, I was able to optimize their time and keep customer cost to a minimum. One customer told me his vessel was arriving three hours before I had plotted its ETA; then I explained that I had been tracking this particular vessel for two days and knew its arrival time within minutes.
